✓Doug continues to serve as the Head Professional at Southern Pines Golf and Country Club (44 years) and is an active member of the PGA of Canada.

✓Before joining Southern Pines, he served his apprenticeship at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club under professionals Dick Borthwick and Ken Steeves.

✓ He took over the operation of Southern Pines Golf and Country Club from the original owner, Jack Stradwick, and eventually became the owner himself alongside his wife, Elaine.

✓ Continues professional education through teaching summits with leading instructors

Cool and comfortable wins the day. These golf shoes combine a breathable upper and vented shank to keep your feet cool and through hot, humid days on the course. A women's-specific fit complements adidas Bounce midsole cushioning for the distraction-free comfort to be on your feet all round and all day long. A spikeless outsole adds go-anywhere versatility for smooth transitions beyond the course. This product is made with a yarn that features 50% recycled polyester and 50% Parley Ocean Plastic — plastic waste which we intercepted from remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and shorelines in order to prevent it from polluting our oceans. In total, this product has 20% recycled content.
